Coastal Gymnastics Academy Proposal
Mission: To provide portrait services to the Coastal Gymnastics (CGA) Academy patrons inside the CGA training facility.
Vision: Partnership between the two entities, Gramercy Arts will provide affordable gymnastics portrait services for club members and allow CGA access to the images to be used for marketing the club on social media and print media.
Intent: When CGA members request portrait services using either a backdrop or on a gymnastics platform, Gramercy Arts will coordinate with CGA staff an appropriate time when a section of the training can be available to use for the portrait session. Gramercy Arts will not interfere with the daily operations of training and will exercise flexibility when coordinating portrait sessions.
Safety: To ensure safety and transparency for both the athletes and the photographer, USAG guidance will be in place. The photographer will be an active USAG Member and will have a model release form signed by the athlete or the parent if under the age of 18. The photographer will conduct the photo session in an open area that can be observed by anyone in the building. During the photo session, another person, such as a parent, guardian, coach, or teammate will be present to observe the session. The Photographer, Jose Gracia, is a current USAG Photographer Member.

There is no limit how on many images the client will receive. Enhancements will be added to each image and the client will receive an online album link to share and download the pictures.

** Additional Perks: Gramercy Arts will conduct a “Media” Day to facilitate complimentary headshots of CGA staff members and Development and Xcel Team Members, and provide CGA staff with children enrolled in CGA to receive complimentary portrait session choosing either Option 1 or 2 once a year.
